Meteor garden 2 was a lot different from Boys Over Flowes and Hana Yori Dango. In the beginnig Daoming Si and Shanchai went to Barselona to a vacation. There when Si was on his way to one church where Shanchai was waiting for him, he got into a car accident. He lost his memory and a nice girl Yesha helped hin since she was the other one in the accident.
Shanchai was now alone in Barselona waiting for Si, who didn't even remember her. She called to Huaza Lei, who was Si's best friend and Lei came with Meizuo and Ximen (they were all together F4) to Barselona and tryed to find Si. They couldn't find him and then they found out that he was in Taiwan and left to there. They tryet every way to find the missing Si, who was now living with Yesha. He soon fell in love with Yesha since he couldn't remember the real love of his life, Shanchai.
Shanchai got a lot help from F4 of her searching. Soon she got a new friend Yesha. They became really good friends and Yesha came to work to the same cacke shop as Shanchai.
Then Shanchai met Si, but he still couldn't remember anything. Shanchai tryed her best to make him to remember her.
At the same time Yesha found out that she'll die. She had a bad diseace and she would die in 3 months.
Si's mother made a deal with Yesha that she would marry Si since Yesha is the princess of Butan. She says yes since Si's mother promises to let Shanchai to work in her company where Si's working. Yesha wants Si to remember Shanchai.
It takes a long time but then Si remember's his love to Shanchai, but he also love's Yesha. Shanchai went to the countryside with Lei and then Si finds Shancai and he wants to know does Shanchai love him still. She does but still Si leaves with Yesha who's really sick now. They started to travel the world and Shanchai just went to work in travelling agency.
Si come's back just when Shanchais is leaving to Japan with a tourist group. She anyways gets a new direction and ends up to Barcelona. There she thinks a lot of her first trip to Barcelona with Si and soon she meets him there.
I liked a lot of Meteor Garden, but the Meteor Garden 2 wasnt that good. It was too long and it didn't move on as fast as I would have liked. It was okay but not that good. I would say that if you have watched the Meteor Garden you could watch Meteor Garden 2, but I'm warning you it'll ruin the end of Meteor Garden and turn it all kind of sad and weird.
